San Leandro Butterfly Garden Monthly Work Day

Every First Saturday of the Month • 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Located below the Monarch Butterfly Migration Mural in downtown San Leandro.
San Leandro Blvd. at Estudillo Avenue. Across from the San Leandro BART Station. FYI – Rain cancels: If it rains at 9:30 am, it is canceled.

San Leandro Police Explorers

The Police Explorer Program is an opportunity for young adults between the ages of 14 and 19 to become exposed to the basics of law enforcement through volunteering. Explorers are taught by Police Officers and Police Department employees. It is a leadership program designed to prepare students to be active in the community, learn more about a law enforcement career, obtain valuable work experience, and take on more responsibility as a young adult.
